Ordering a translation is easy

Getting a quote is quick and easy. Simply send us a scan or clear photo of your document and we will get back to you as soon as possible with a no-obligation quote. The price depends on the type of translation you need, including whether you require a standard or certified translation. 

For certified translations, the standard billing unit is one translation page of 1,125 characters including spaces. For standard translations, one page is calculated as 1,800 characters including spaces.

Our process

By placing a translation order with us, you agree to our terms and conditions, which are available on a separate page. Translation requests are processed between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm. An additional fee applies to urgent or express translations.

How do I send my document?

Simply upload a scan or clear, good-quality photo of your document using our website, or email it to tlumaczeniaonlineuk@gmail.com.

Can a translator in the UK translate a document from a scan or photo?

Yes. The certified translation itself can be prepared from a clear scan or photograph of the document submitted online. The completed translation must, however, indicate whether it was prepared from the original document or from a copy, such as a scan. Before placing your order, check whether the authority or institution you are submitting the document to accepts a translation made from a copy. If an original document is required, you will need to provide it, for example by post.

What's the next step?

Once you accept the quote, you will be asked to make payment. Your completed translation will then be prepared and sent to you.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment by bank transfer or PayPal.

What is the difference between a certified translation and a standard translation?

A certified (sworn) translation is intended for official use, whereas a standard translation is generally used for information or non-official purposes. Sworn translations are prepared by a translator who holds the relevant official qualifications. Each completed translation bears the translator’s official stamp and signature and includes a unique repertory reference number recorded in the translator’s register.
